Bought my tickets and they landed in my email in maybe a minute or two. No hassle, no back and forth, just worked like it should. Happy with the whole thing.

I tried using a discount code on megatix.com.au and my first thought was, alright, this is either going to be annoying or super easy. It didn’t work the first time, but that was on me because I’d typed it wrong. Once I double checked the spelling, it applied right away and the price updated instantly. Checkout was smooth too. I’m knocking off one star because the code box could be easier to spot, but overall it worked fine.

The site loaded fast on my end, and I didn’t run into any issues. I was kind of expecting a little lag, since some sites randomly do that, but nope, it just worked

Kind of like when you finally find a parking spot, or your food order shows up on time, or your phone charger actually works when you need it — just simple and stress-free. I’d definitely use it again.

I got through it fine in the end, with my coffee getting cold on the desk, so I’d say it’s decent but could be a little clearer

I assumed the invoice would break everything down clearly, but the details were harder to follow than I expected. I had to look it over a few times just to figure out what some of the charges were for.

I’ve used Megatix a couple of times now, and the prices have been decent compared to other sites. The fees dooo add up a bit, which is kinda annoying, but overall it’s still good value and easy enough to book. I’d give it 4 stars.

I was able to get in eventually, but the scanner took a few tries before it worked. Not the biggest deal, but it was kind of annoying having to stand there and keep trying when it should’ve just scanned the first time.

I ended up needing to ask for a refund and figured it might turn into a whole thing, but it was actually straightforward. Support got back to me quickly, and the money was returned without me having to keep following up. it was handled well and made the whole process way easier than I expected.
